• Execute commercial planning cycles (SOP, Budget, Latest Estimates) ensuring alignment to strategic priorities • Support pricing strategy, revenue growth management and margin optimisation across markets • Provide decision support through robust financial analysis, insights and business case evaluation • Commercial finance governance, ensuring compliance with BAT policies and control frameworks • Manage and optimise trade spend, marketing OPEX/CAPEX and ROI performance • Partner with End Markets and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance) to enhance commercial performance • Standardise and continuously improve tools, processes and reporting across WESA • Support revenue assurance and credit risk management across markets • Drive efficiency, automation and data-driven decision-making across commercial finance • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline • Professional qualifications (CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CA)
