Support project procurement processes, enforce compliance with national and institutional regulations, and manage laboratory supplies and equipment acquisition. The role involves coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials essential for research projects, maintaining accurate procurement records, and liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project milestones. Hands-on experience with the National e-procurement system of Tanzania (NeST) is required to streamline procurement workflows.

Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Logistics Management, or Business Management (Procurement); Must be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PSPTB); Minimum of 2 years of project procurement experience in a public research or academic health institution; Proficiency in using the National e-procurement system of Tanzania (NeST).
