Support sticker duty when assigned by cashier/lead. Clear tables and manage indoor/outdoor cleanliness to maintain a tidy environment. Maintain shop aesthetics and follow customer care standard operating procedures (SOPs). For MPESA transactions, record transaction code, time, and date on printed receipts. For card payments, collect and staple printed POS receipts to order slips. For cash payments, indicate the amount paid and return change slips if needed. Assist in applying correct branding stickers on cups. Greet car guests upon arrival and take orders within 1–2 minutes. Clean and reset tables within 60 seconds after guests leave. Monitor shop vibe by ensuring tidy decor and straightening chairs.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred; strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; basic numeracy skills for handling payments; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
