We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Apo, Gudu, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative activities. Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records. Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, queries, memos, and other HR documents. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and other employee records. Assist with staff audits, confirmation exercises, and employee documentation. Support the administration of HR policies and procedures. Assist in preparing HR reports, staff lists, and other management reports. Follow up with employees and branch managers on outstanding HR documentation. Support disciplinary and performance management processes as directed by the HR team. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records. Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the Head of Human Resources. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant HR experience is preferred. Good knowledge of basic HR practices and employment documentation. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to work with confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow up effectively. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Application Closing Date 13th November, 2026.
