• Lead and supervise construction teams on-site to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications. • Coordinate daily site activities, including resource allocation, task assignments, and progress tracking. • Monitor construction progress and prepare reports using project management tools (e.g., MS Project). • Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce site safety protocols. • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, planners, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. • Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. • Diploma or equivalent , Construction Management, or related field from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision or team leadership within the mining or heavy civil construction industry. • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction teams. • Strong knowledge of civil works, steel structures, and construction methodologies. • Familiarity with construction equipment and tools • Attentive to detail and strong eye in finishings • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) • Familiarity with project management software (MS Project) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
