Junior Facility Management Officer

To assist the process of delivering efficient and effective facility services in the bank. The role involves providing required assistance in all activities of the work unit, maintaining important files/records, adhering to the internal control system and risk management program of the Bank, and providing timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance. The officer will demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, embody the bank’s good culture, and corporate image to the public. Specific responsibilities include providing various facility services to all organs in a quality and timely manner to secure minimum disruption of business, processing utility services and effecting payments, preparing and processing payments for maintained vehicles, insurance bills, outsourced maintenance/repair work, and other miscellaneous payments, assisting in ensuring outsourced facility services are provided as per the agreement, and assisting in the process of annual inspection of vehicles, insurance coverage for new vehicles, and renewal for existing. The role may also involve handling other related duties as required.

BA in Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields; One/1 years of relevant experience preferable in Banking Industry; Skills (mandatory): Logistics, Supply Chain Management
