• Carry out diagnosis, repair, and servicing of trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles in accordance with company standards. • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, filter replacements, greasing, and general inspections. • Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections on all assigned vehicles and equipment. • Troubleshoot and identify mechanical faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment. • Replace worn-out or damaged mechanical parts and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently. • Conduct performance testing and assessments after repairs to ensure equipment reliability and roadworthiness. • Ensure all work is completed within the required turnaround time while maintaining high-quality workmanship. • Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards within the workshop area. • Ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies and all safety procedures while carrying out repairs and maintenance. • Properly utilize and safeguard workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments. • Report major mechanical faults, recurring breakdowns, and maintenance concerns to management promptly. • Support breakdown, response, and recovery operations as required. • Mentor junior mechanics and assist in building technical capacity within the workshop team. • Ensure accurate job card completion and maintenance records are updated accordingly. • Trade Certificate in Automotive Mechanics from a reputable institution
