• Lead and manage avocado production and estate operations to achieve productivity, quality and financial targets. • Plan, coordinate and monitor field activities, resource utilisation, maintenance programmes, budgets and capital expenditure. • Supervise and manage employee performance, training, communication, discipline and labour welfare initiatives. • Oversee estate infrastructure, labour housing, environmental programmes and compliance with audit, governance, health and safety requirements. • Prepare operational reports, safeguard company assets and drive continuous operational improvement across the division. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related discipline • At least five years’ practical experience in field husbandry practices. Experience in commercial orchard management will be an added advantage. • A minimum of two years’ experience in an Assistant Manager position or equivalent. • Experience in budget preparation, expenditure control and financial management. • Strong leadership, planning, analytical and people management skills. • A hands-on approach to operational management and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
