• Safely transport company staff, consultants, and equipment to various project sites and locations. • Manage daily outbound/inbound shipment orders, scheduling, and routing to ensure efficient transport and delivery. • Maintain company vehicles in excellent working condition and perform routine inspections. • Prepare and verify logistics documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations. • Maintain accurate logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and inventory stock levels. • Ensure full compliance with all Zambian road traffic regulations and logistics protocols. • Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment and materials for field assignments. • Exercise appropriate journey-management controls, particularly for long-distance and mine-site travel. • Perform other reasonable driving, logistics and operational support duties assigned.
