• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. • Lead and supervise the HR department and provide guidance to HR team members. • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning. • Develop and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards. • Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. • Lead performance management and succession planning processes. • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. • Manage employee disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution. • Prepare HR reports, budgets, and workforce analytics for management. • Coordinate training, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. • Support management in organizational restructuring and change management. • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. • Master’s Degree is an added advantage. • Professional HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is preferred.
