Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks for our financial services platform. The role involves creating and maintaining robust test scripts to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify test requirements, execute test cases, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement. The position requires expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress, along with proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java. You will also be responsible for integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior QA engineers and contributing to the development of best practices for quality assurance within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation; Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript; Strong experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress; Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions; Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner; Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git); Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Certification in ISTQB or similar is a plus.
