Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary projects within the construction industry, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; facilitating communication between stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities; and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership in planning, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines. The position involves significant coordination with engineering teams, contractors, and external partners to resolve technical and logistical challenges. Additionally, the role may include mentoring junior staff and participating in professional development activities to maintain industry standards.

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in program or project management within the construction industry; strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills; proficiency in project planning, time management, and organizational skills; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; familiarity with structural engineering principles and construction practices; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
