Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to Karak & Go Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using specialized equipment such as espresso machines, coffee grinders, and matcha sets. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station at all times, ensuring all supplies including three squeeze bottles per flavor are adequately prepared each morning. Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of equipment including espresso machines, coffee grinders, and matcha sets to maintain hygiene standards. Interact professionally with customers, representing the company's values and maintaining shop aesthetics. Assist wait staff with packing or cup checks without leaving the bar station to ensure seamless operations. Monitor and report any low or depleted supplies immediately to the storekeeper and cash manager to prevent service disruptions.

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar beverage preparation role; familiarity with espresso machines, coffee grinders, and matcha preparation equipment; ability to follow detailed SOPs accurately; strong attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization; excellent customer service skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure while staying at the bar station; basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices.
