• Set up attractive displays to encourage customer purchases. • Ensure all produce is correctly priced and labeled. • Conduct daily counts of stock and report shortages. • Dispose of spoiled produce responsibly and record wastage. • Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying quality against supplier invoices. • Help prepare special displays for seasonal fruits and vegetables. • Provide information on storage, preparation, and nutritional value of produce. • Follow workplace safety rules when handling crates, knives, or cleaning equipment. • Maintain logs of stock rotation, cleaning schedules, and quality checks. • Support colleagues in other departments when needed. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Certificate or Diploma in Food, Hospitality, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in fruit and vegetable production. • Basic knowledge in fruit and vegetable preparation. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
