General Manager

Our client, a leading company in the signage, branding, and large-format printing industry, is seeking a commercially driven and experienced General Manager to lead their operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business performance, including revenue generation, operational efficiency, project delivery, and team leadership. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business development skills and the ability to manage end-to-end production and client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies, and marketing agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end project execution from design to installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, and improving operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large-format printing, or a related industry; proven track record in business development and client acquisition; strong experience in operations and project management; demonstrated experience managing a P&L or business unit; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
