Tender Notice for Provision of Professional Espresso Coffee Machine Maintenance Services

RwandAir is inviting eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of professional maintenance services for espresso coffee machines as part of its operational services. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of espresso coffee machines across RwandAir's facilities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The contract will cover a two-year framework agreement, with the vendor required to adhere to RwandAir's procurement policies and procedures. Bids will be evaluated based on technical competence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with the statement of requirements. The successful bidder will be expected to provide timely and efficient maintenance services to minimize downtime for RwandAir's coffee machine operations.

Bidders must be eligible and registered entities with proven experience in the maintenance of professional espresso coffee machines; must demonstrate compliance with national and international procurement regulations; must have a valid tax clearance certificate; must provide references from at least two previous clients for similar services; must submit a technical proposal detailing maintenance methodologies, equipment, and team qualifications; must comply with RwandAir's procurement policy and procedure manual.
