• Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. • System Maintenance: Perform routine checks and ensure system uptime. • User Management: Manage user accounts and access rights securely. • Software & Updates: Install, configure, and update software systems. • Asset Management: Track IT equipment and software licenses. • Documentation: Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and user guides. • Training & Onboarding: Support users with IT training and promote best practices. • Collaboration: Coordinate with departments and escalate complex issues. • Security & Compliance: Support cybersecurity efforts and respond to incidents. • Full Grade 12 Certificate • 2-4 years’ hands-on experience in IS support, networking, and hardware/software maintenance. • Minimum Diploma in Information Systems or equivalent (degree is an advantage) • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and planning skills are essential. • Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 or MD-102: Endpoint Administrator (ideal) • CompTIA Network +. Cisco CCNA or Meraki ECMS1 (Preferred)
