• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Development, or a related field. • At least 7 years of experience in communications, preferably within international development, innovation, health, or entrepreneurship ecosystems. • Demonstrated experience managing communications outputs. • Strong editorial and writing skills, with experience producing high-quality external publications. • Experience managing communications for multi-stakeholder partnerships or programmes; experience with scholarship or education programmes is an added advantage. • Experience using digital communications platforms, social media, and content production tools. • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments. • Excellent written and spoken English. • A demonstrated commitment to disability inclusion and safeguarding principles. • Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM.
