• At least a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, or relevant subject, preferably with specialisation in Monitoring and Evaluation. • A minimum of seven years of work experience with at least three (3) years of managerial experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in an INGO (essential). • Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports. • Proven ICT skills, using mobile applications for data collection (Kobo, TaroWorks, etc) and development of MIS databases; • Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software such as R, Tableau. • Development of interactive project dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker, etc • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity of others. • Strong interpersonal skills and managerial capacity. • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and management skills with an ability to work in a multicultural setting. • Experience in technical report writing and research activities. • IT literate (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation). • Self-motivation, creativity, and an ability to perform without close supervision.
