ICT Infrastructure Engineer

The ICT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and commissioning ICT infrastructure solutions while supporting technical project implementation activities. The role involves managing network and system infrastructure, coordinating with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of ICT hardware and services according to project requirements and standards. Key responsibilities include deploying, configuring, and commissioning ICT infrastructure solutions; supporting network engineering, systems administration, and technical project implementation activities; assisting in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ICT systems and infrastructure components; ensuring project activities are completed according to technical specifications, schedules, and quality standards; providing technical support and resolving infrastructure-related issues during project implementation; maintaining proper technical documentation, reports, and project records; and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; 3–4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or technical project implementation within an ICT system integrator; Hands-on experience in ICT infrastructure deployment and configuration; Knowledge of network engineering and systems administration principles; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Good project coordination and technical documentation skills; Ability to work effectively under project timelines and requirements; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
