In this role, the agent will engage prospective and existing clients, explain insurance products, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable life and other insurance solutions. The agent will prepare and present quotations, support clients through the application and underwriting process, and follow up on documentation and policy issuance. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, providing ongoing customer service, and participating in training sessions and team meetings. The agent will also help promote Prudential Uganda’s brand through professional conduct, networking, and community outreach.Qualifications A Candidate should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills to identify prospects, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.A Candidate should possess solid Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide after-sales support.A Candidate should possess knowledge to explain products clearly, compare options, and guide clients in making informed decisions.A Candidate should possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients professionally.A Candidate should possess basic numerical, analytical, and computer skills to prepare quotations, manage client data, and use digital tools efficiently.A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in insurance or financial services is an added advantage.Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and committed to ethical and compliant sales practices. <
