• Supervise daily overhead line construction works on site. • Monitor progress on foundations, structure erection, and completion activities. • Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction procedures. • Review site progress and identify risks, delays, or non-conformances. • Oversee key activities including excavation, concrete works, backfilling, compaction, support structure assembly, and erection. • Monitor critical quality aspects. • Uphold health and safety compliance for personnel, plant, and lifting activities. • Maintain daily site records and provide input into weekly progress reports. • Ensure construction activities meet project schedule requirements. • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve site issues. • Verify quantities, site records, and completed works for reporting and certification. • Support inspections, testing, commissioning preparation, and handover activities. • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in a civil supervision role on overhead line or transmission line projects. • Strong understanding of line construction activities, quality control, and site safety requirements.
