Job Description
Provides technical expertise to support emergency response programs for population movements in DRC. Conducts assessments, develops response plans, and coordinates with humanitarian partners to address urgent needs. Focuses on protection, health, and WASH interventions.
Requirements
Master's degree in international relations, public health, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in humanitarian response or emergency programming. Fluency in French and English. Experience in rapid response and coordination is required.
