• Item master file management through identification of duplicates, insufficient specifications, item unit of measure. • Procession of stock returns to reflect actual maintenance costs. • Accurate cycle counting and reconciliations. • Encourage items standardization. • Effectively manage the interface with end users. • Liaise and coordinate with end users over inventory matters. • Engage users with a view that they understand how stores operate. • Make housekeeping plan to cover warehouse and stockyards. • Ensure maintenance/repair/servicing of building and equipment are timely executed.
