Invitation to Tender for Provision of School Furniture for Triple Desk and Chair under Rajo Kaaba Project

ALIGHT is implementing the Education Rajo Kaaba project in Southwest Somalia. As part of this initiative, ALIGHT invites qualified, registered companies to submit tenders for the provision of school furniture, specifically triple desks and chairs. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering the furniture in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents provided by ALIGHT. The contract will be awarded to a vendor who meets all specified qualification criteria and can deliver the furniture within the proposed lead time. The selected vendor will receive payment only after 100% completion of the contract. The tender will be opened immediately in the presence of the procurement committee.

A detailed list of at least three (3) similar contracts successfully completed for the supply of school furniture (include client names, contract values, dates, and contact references); proposed delivery lead time for the furniture (specify number of days from contract award to delivery); a duly completed and signed priced quotation in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ); copies of current, valid licenses/registrations issued by both the Federal Government of Somalia and the relevant State/Member State authorities; current tax compliance certificates from both federal and state levels; an updated financial bank statement covering the last six (6) months; detailed design of the proposed furniture; submission of financial and technical proposals sealed and stamped into envelopes
