National consultant to develop the National Multi-Sectoral Adolescent Health and Well-being Programme (NM-AHWP)
Job Description
Lead the development of a comprehensive national program focused on adolescent health and well-being. This includes conducting situational analyses, stakeholder consultations, drafting policy frameworks, and developing implementation strategies across multiple sectors (health, education, social protection).
Requirements
Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in adolescent health, program development, or policy formulation. Strong leadership, research, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in Tanzania's health or social sectors is highly desirable.
