Human Resource Supervisor

The Human Resource Supervisor at Piston Medical Ltd will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, handling employee grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to company policies and Ugandan labor regulations. The role involves coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs, organizing training programs, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the supervisor will be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll in collaboration with the finance department, and fostering a positive work environment. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to mediate conflicts and promote a collaborative workplace culture.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Ugandan labor laws; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; experience in payroll management is an added advantage.
