This is a senior executive leadership position within the Kericho County Government, responsible for overseeing strategic operations and ensuring alignment with constitutional and statutory mandates under Article 176 of the Constitution of Kenya and the County Governments Act No. 17 of 2012. The Chief Officer will provide high-level policy guidance, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure efficient service delivery across the county. The role involves significant decision-making responsibilities, stakeholder engagement, and reporting directly to the County Governor or designated authority. The position requires extensive experience in public administration, leadership, and governance within a county government setting.

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field; Master's degree is an added advantage; Minimum of 10 years' experience in public service or senior management roles; Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and policy implementation; Strong understanding of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and County Governments Act 2012; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Must be a registered member of relevant professional bodies where applicable.
