Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, design, fit-out, and project management of the company's standard retail showrooms. The role oversees the entire store construction process—from planning and construction to final inspection and store opening—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the company's brand standards. Key responsibilities include developing and improving the company's Store Identity Standards Manual, conducting site measurements, reviewing and approving design concepts and construction drawings, managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and project specifications. The role also involves preparing and monitoring project budgets, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments, and leading the store construction team including staff training and performance management.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail showroom/store construction or project management; Experience managing the fit-out or construction of 20 or more retail stores is highly preferred; Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Knowledge of 3D Max and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage; Strong understanding of Brand Visual Identity (VI) and Store Identity (SI) systems, interior design principles, construction methods, and finishing works; Demonstrated project management, budgeting, and cost control skills; Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills; Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
