• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for middle and junior cadre positions. • Ensuring alignment with company policy and objectives. • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks. • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation and documentation. • Administer and support the implementation of HR policies, plans, and procedures, providing guidance to junior staff. • Manage and maintain an efficient HR filing system, including personnel and subject files, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. • Administer employee exit processes, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company policy. • Support accurate payroll administration and ensure efficient data management within the HRMIS/ERP. • Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations.
