Responsible Person (RP)

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales & Promoter professionals to join our team at Rudo Pharma. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products, engaging with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth in Addis Ababa. Key responsibilities include conducting product presentations, distributing marketing materials, collecting market feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires frequent travel within the city to meet with potential clients and healthcare providers. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales are essential for this position.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or promotional activities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Amharic and English; ability to work independently and under pressure; valid driver’s license is a plus.
