• Infrastructure Planning & Project Implementation • Review and support the implementation of the Kepler 10-Year Master Plan • Coordinate infrastructure planning activities • Project Coordination • Coordinate contractors, consultants, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders • Organise project meetings and ensure follow-up on agreed action points • Facilitate communication and coordination among all project stakeholders and resolve coordination issues impacting project delivery • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports • Construction monitoring • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related field • Professional Certifications in project management or construction-related disciplines are an added advantage • Minimum of 5 years managing or supervising complex construction projects • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, and construction monitoring • Familiarity with procurement processes and contract administration is an asset • Familiarity with sustainable infrastructure practices and environmentally friendly technologies
