• Receive and execute approved repossession orders within required turnaround times. • Physically locate, secure, and repossess motor vehicles in default in line with company procedures and applicable laws. • Liaise with tracking companies, investigators, and internal teams to obtain accurate asset location data. • Conduct full on-site repossession checklists, including condition assessment, verification, and documentation. • Complete a second comprehensive checklist upon delivery of repossessed assets to storage yards. • Professionally engage customers on-site, communicate arrears, and facilitate account regularization where applicable. • Safely transport and hand over repossessed vehicles to approved yards with proper documentation. • Update repossession progress in systems and provide timely status reports. • Prepare and submit repossession reports, including daily updates and incident reports. • Report disputes, damages, or incidents encountered during repossession and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
