Facilities Officer

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position requires regular reporting on production metrics and troubleshooting any operational challenges that arise.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing environments; strong leadership and team management skills; proficiency in process optimization tools and quality control systems; familiarity with Kenyan industrial regulations; excellent problem-solving abilities.
