Key Responsibilities Review and follow up on open accounts for repayment collection Collect loan payments as per agreed repayment plans Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC documentation Deliver excellent customer service at all times Manage front desk duties and assist in administrative tasks Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Performance Targets (KPIs) Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, collection, new customer acquisition, and active customers Qualifications & Requirements Secondary/High School education (Form Four or above) Must be willing to relocate to the applied region Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Excellent time management and customer service skills Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player Basic computer knowledge required Having a smartphone is an added advantage How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their Application Letter and Updated CV via email to: the official hiring team Please clearly indicate the region you are applying for in the email subject line.
