• Operate forklifts and related lifting equipment safely and efficiently. • Transport materials, products, and supplies to designated locations. • Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas. • Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections. • Report equipment defects, accidents, and safety hazards. • Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage. • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. • Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent. • Valid Forklift Operator Certificate/Licence from a recognized training institution. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, mining, logistics, or similar environment. • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and safe forklift operating procedures. • Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments. • Ability to conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklift equipment. • Good communication and record-keeping skills. • Ability to safely load, unload, move, stack and store materials.
