Sales Representative

Motivated Sales Representative needed for an automotive company in Kampala to drive sales and manage customer relationships. The role involves greeting customers, identifying their needs, preferences, and budget, and showcasing motorcycle models while explaining their features and benefits. Responsibilities include arranging and accompanying customers on test rides, negotiating pricing, finalizing sales transactions, and processing all sales paperwork accurately. The position also requires providing financing, warranty, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance and insurance department. Post-sale, the role involves following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encouraging referrals, and building long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Additional duties include upselling accessories and upgrades, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally, collaborating with the service department for maintenance scheduling, and attending industry events, trade shows, and motorcycle rallies to network and promote the dealership. The role also involves working with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and maintaining accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. The Sales Representative will assist with inventory management, including stock ordering and level monitoring, and track personal performance metrics to contribute to dealership sales targets while adhering to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
