• Inspect, assess, and identify worn out damaged, or faulty tyres and related components in accordance with company maintenance standards. • Perform tyre removal, refitting, inflation, and balancing on Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and light vehicles. • Conduct tyre repairs including puncture repairs, section repairs, and reconditioning in line with approved technical procedures. • Advise operators and supervisors on tyre condition, risks, and required corrective actions to maintain roadworthiness and safety. • Complete tyre requisition forms and coordinate collection and issuance of tyres from stores. • Maintain accurate records of tyre usage, repairs, replacements, and inspections. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and use of appropriate PPE at all times. • Grade 12 Certificate • Trade Test / Craft Certificate in Tyre Fitting, Automotive Engineering, or related field • Membership with Engineering Institution of Zambia • At least 2(two) years working experience in a related field • Valid Silicosis Certificate
