• Lead customs compliance monitoring, assurance, and audit readiness across all import and export activities in the Africa North region. • Conduct post-clearance and pre-clearance reviews to ensure customs declaration accuracy, compliance, and documentation integrity. • Manage customs broker performance, identify compliance gaps, and drive corrective and preventative actions. • Develop and maintain customs compliance reporting, dashboards, and management insights to support decision-making. • Partner with internal stakeholders, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective trade governance and permit compliance. • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customs compliance, international trade, or import/export operations. • Proven experience managing customs brokers, freight forwarders, or other third-party logistics providers. • Demonstrated experience conducting customs audits, compliance reviews, and post-clearance assessments. • Strong knowledge of customs valuation, tariff classification, rules of origin, customs documentation, and permit management.
