Senior Data Associate - Data Science

This role is focused on leveraging data science methodologies to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. The Senior Data Associate will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, performing statistical analysis, and developing predictive algorithms to support business decision-making. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, cleaning and preprocessing raw data, and creating visualizations to communicate findings effectively. The position requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related role; Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design; Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Strong communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
