• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including sales, technical support, field services, and project management resources, to support customer success. • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with operational, engineering, and regulatory requirements. • What you’ll bring Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Fitting or Millwright trade. • Extensive experience in mining engineering, maintenance, or plant operations environments. • Strong knowledge of concentrator plants, particularly crushing and grinding circuits. • Demonstrated ability to develop maintenance strategies, improve equipment reliability, and drive operational performance. • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop practical solutions to complex operational challenges. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in demanding operational environments. • Ability to identify and develop opportunities that enhance customer value and support business growth.
