Key Duties & Responsibilities Financial Records & Data Entry: Record daily transactions, process invoices, handle receipts, and perform reconciliations in Tally. Banking & Reconciliations: Coordinate banking activities, balance corporate accounts, and execute routine bank reconciliations. Reporting & Audits: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assemble documentation for internal and external audits. Internal Controls: Implement operational financial controls and suggest workflow improvements for accounting procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on accounting experience (entry-level or internship experience accepted). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel). Competencies: Strong understanding of Tanzanian statutory tax requirements, high numerical accuracy, organizational ability, and high integrity regarding financial data.
