The programme aims to: Introduce trainees to the Sugar Industry and Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL). Provide trainees with the technical, leadership, and business exposure required in the Human Resources field. Programme Objectives Support the transition from academic studies to the professional workplace. Connect trainees with different people and functions within the business. Develop technical proficiency, business acumen, and leadership skills. Measure individual progress against identified learning outcomes. Provide guided learning within a structured development framework. Conduct developmental reviews to identify and close performance gaps. Encourage continuous improvement and promote innovative thinking within the business. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution.
