Social Media Marketing and Content Creator

We're looking for someone who understands how to *create attention, tell stories, build a brand, grow an audience and turn social media attention into real customer inquiries.* You'll be responsible for developing and executing Peritum Motors' social media strategy while creating engaging content around cars, vehicle imports, customer experiences This is not a role for someone who simply posts pictures on Instagram. We're looking for someone who understands how to *create attention, tell stories, build a brand, grow an audience and turn social media attention into real customer inquiries.* You'll be responsible for developing and executing Peritum Motors' social media strategy while creating engaging content around cars, vehicle imports, customer experiences and the automotive industry. You'll regularly be around vehicles, customers and our sales team—so you should be comfortable picking up a camera or phone and creating content when opportunities happen. Your Responsibilities Content Creation * Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts. * Photograph and film vehicles professionally. * Create vehicle walkarounds, delivery videos, customer testimonials and behind-the-scenes content. * Create graphics, carousels, Stories and promotional content. * Write compelling hooks, captions and calls-to-action. * Turn everyday activities at Peritum Motors into interesting social media content. * Stay ahead of social media trends and quickly adapt relevant trends to the automotive industry. Social Media Management * Manage Peritum Motors' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms. * Develop weekly and monthly content calendars. * Post consistently and at the appropriate times. * Engage with comments, messages and potential customers. * Grow the company's audience organically. * Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across platforms. Marketing & Lead Generation Social media at Peritum Motors isn't just about followers and likes. Your content should ultimately help *generate interest, inquiries and vehicle sales.* You will: * Create campaigns designed to generate WhatsApp messages, calls and vehicle inquiries. * Promote available vehicles and vehicle-import opportunities. * Create educational content explaining vehicle sourcing, importing, shipping, taxes and the buying process. * Work closely with the sales team to understand which vehicles and offers need promotion. * Identify high-performing content and create more variations of what works. * Track which content generates actual customer inquiries. Analytics & Growth * Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, inquiries and other key performance indicators. * Review content performance weekly. * Identify winning content formats, hooks and topics. * Test new creative ideas and formats. * Produce simple weekly/monthly performance reports. * Continuously improve the social media strategy based on data.
