Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's security services, and generating sales revenue. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative works closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. Key responsibilities include conducting client visits and security needs assessments, preparing and delivering professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals, and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Representative represents the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings, and follows up with clients after service implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security services industry; strong negotiation and contract closing skills; ability to prepare professional sales presentations and proposals; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; experience in conducting client needs assessments; familiarity with security solutions such as manned guarding, alarm response, CCTV surveillance, and access control; ability to maintain accurate sales documentation and client records; proficiency in market trend analysis and competitor monitoring.
