Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Join our finance team as a Financial Analyst specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role is responsible for driving financial performance through detailed budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, managing variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role; Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling; Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Ability to work independently in a remote environment; Familiarity with financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS); Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools is advantageous.
