• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize fleet utilization and delivery efficiency. • Plan and coordinate trucking schedules, routes, and dispatch operations. • Monitor daily fleet operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. • Oversee logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure all trucks are maintained in roadworthy condition and meet regulatory standards. • Manage fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory. • Oversee driver allocation, performance, and compliance with company policies. • Implement fleet management systems to track vehicle movements and performance. • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the trucking industry. • Strong knowledge of fleet operations, transport regulations, and supply chain processes. • Proficiency in logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
