• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from an accredited/recognized institution; • A Master’s degree in Clinical Medicine from an accredited/recognized institution; • At least 3 years of relevant working experience; • Evidence of recognition and registration by the relevant regulatory body where applicable; and • Evidence of membership or affiliation of the relevant professional body where applicable. • PhD will be an added advantage. • Teach and asses courses in one’s discipline at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; • Supervise undergraduate students’ projects and other experimental learning programmes; • Supervise dissertations/theses at postgraduate level; • Participate in the development/review of undergraduate and postgraduate courses; • Initiate, promote and participate in research projects; • Provide professional and community services, and initiate strategic training and research partnerships and linkages, and undertake fundraising for the university; and • Carry out administrative and such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. • A Doctorate degree (PhD) or its academic equivalent from an accredited/recognized institution; • A cumulative or evidence of three (3) years of teaching/research experience at University level since becoming Lecturer/Research Fellow;
