Deliver personalized lessons in Mathematics and Science aligned with the relevant curriculum. - Deliver personalized lessons in Mathematics and Science aligned with the relevant curriculum. - Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning needs and abilities of each student. - Ensure lessons are engaging, interactive, and focused on achieving academic excellence. - Provide additional academic support where necessary to strengthen understanding of key concepts. - Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each learners academic level and learning objectives. - Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to support curriculum delivery. - Ensure syllabus coverage is completed within the required timelines. - Incorporate practical learning approaches and critical thinking activities into lessons. - Assess students academic performance through assignments, tests, and continuous evaluations. - Monitor individual learning progress and identify areas requiring improvement. - Provide constructive feedback and implement intervention strategies to enhance performance. - Maintain accurate records of academic progress and achievement. - Foster discipline, confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning. - Nurture essential life skills, including problem-solving, communication, time management, and critical thinking. - Encourage curiosity, creativity, and self-directed learning. - Support students emotional and social development within the home-learning environment. - Plan and facilitate age-appropriate extracurricular and enrichment activities that complement classroom learning. - Organize educational projects, practical experiments, and recreational learning experiences. - Encourage participation in activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. - Provide regular progress updates to parents on academic performance and overall development. - Discuss learning goals, challenges, and recommended improvement strategies with the family. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working within the household.

Degree or Diploma in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field. - Teaching qualification (PGDE or equivalent) is an added advantage. - Experience teaching upper primary and secondary school learners (Years 6, 9, and 11) in a homeschooling or classroom setting. - Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science curricula. - Excellent lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patient, adaptable, and passionate about learner development.
