The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hospital's physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and facilities. Primary duties include overseeing property maintenance, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing property-related documentation. The role involves liaising with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. The Property Administrator will also handle lease agreements, property inspections, and budget tracking for property-related expenses. Work environment includes office settings and on-site property locations within the hospital premises.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in property administration or facility management; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in property management software; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; knowledge of Ethiopian property laws and regulations.
